The monumental building was built in 1680–1688 by Jan Adam of Lichtenstein. Three distinct tours are off ered to the public on all fl oors of the chateau, including two cellar levels and the attic. The third tour is unique in that it takes visitors to the unfi nished part of the chateau. Since 2023 the castle has been a national cultural monument.
