The late Art Nouveau building of the Museum of Modern Art in the historic city centre was adapted for museum purposes in the early 1990s. The renovation created halls for exhibitions of 20^th and 21^st century art as well as a study room and observation tower. The café and summer terrace are currently closed for renovation.
