Olomouc region Card offers two validity length variants: 48 hours and 5 days. There are also children’s versions of both card variants. The child card is valid until the age of 15.

Using a card:

• The card needs not to be used immediately after purchased. The card validity begins upon its first use, for which the date, time, and signature need to be filled in.
• Card holders who wish to apply the free admission or discounts inform the provider and present their cards prior to the service (before purchasing the ticket, while ordering at a restaurant, etc.)
• Every card holder may enter one location only once for free, i.e. you can visit as many places offering free admission as you can but each only once.
• The discount only applies to the cardholder’s expenses, i.e. it is not possible to apply the discount to the expenses of others.
• Discounts ensuing from the Olomouc region Card may not be combined with other discounts.
• Discounts do not apply to accommodation or services purchased through a travel agent. The card may only be used in relation to services not included in a trip.
• Card holders may be asked by the provider of the free admission and discount to present identification. The provider is authorized to check the card’s validity.

The card is valid provided:

• the date and time (48 hrs) of the card’s first use are legibly filled in on the card face, the card is signed on the back
• the entered date and time correspond with the card validity length at the time of using the card, i.e. not more than 48 hrs or 5 days (depending on the card type) may elapse from the first use
• the person presenting the card must be the signed person – the card is not transferable. The holder of the child card has not reached the age of 16 as yet.
